 I’d like to introduce you to the K-WAVE DANCE FESTIVAL in Itaewon—a high-quality event that was truly worth the price of admission. What was even more astonishing was the absolutely stunning performance by middle school students.

Itaewon launched this festival as part of a revitalization effort to reinvent the area. The performances—featuring breathtaking Korean dance and ballet—were truly spectacular. The Myeongdong commercial district is dead, please see for yourself and judge for yourself. Starting at the fountain in front of Shinsegae Department Store, it starts in front of the Currency Museum. Go past and cross the underpass. Stroll along Myeong-dong Street and turn around the road to see Samil-ro Warehouse Theater, Go down the hill to the Catholic Church.
